Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, all sales are final. Items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund.

For items to be eligible for exchange or refund, you must return the item within 7 calendar days of purchase. The item must be unopened and in original condition.

SHIPPING
At this moment, we do not offer shipping from the Ciao storefront. We are open for pickup and offer local delivery over $50 spent.
