(1) pkg of Tiberino Italian One-Pot Risotto with Porcini & White Truffle Oil. Porcini mushrooms, Carnaroli Rice, Aromatic Herbs & White Truffle seasoning come together in an ease of a quick one pot dish. What a hearty gorgeous spread, perfect for a side dish or the main attraction.

(1) pkg of Morelli Tagliolini Pasta with Summer Truffle. Since 1860, Antico Pastificio Morelli has been producing regional Tuscan pastas and giving them their signature flavor and texture with the addition of wheat germ. The truffle ,egg and wheat germ flour together creates a delicate and well balanced flavor.

(1) jar of Curore Verde Natura Black Truffle Sauce. Harvested from Umbria, wild truffle flakes and truffle extract are blended with cremini mushrooms and EVOO to create a balanced, decadent & earthy truffle sauce.

(1) 400g wheel of Sottocenere al Tartufo Cheese. From Veneto, this semi-soft cow’s milk cheese has a judicious amount of black truffles added into the cheese, which is then aged in ashes of various spices including nutmeg, cloves, coriander, cinnamon, licorice, anise & fennel. The cheese has delicate aromas and decorated rind set this cheese apart from the crowd.

(1) 4.23 oz Acacia Tartufo Honey. Produced in Emilia Romagna, brothers Fabrizio and Pierpaolo have been tending bees and producing honey for over 20 years. Here they have created their award wining Acacia honey with Umbrian black truffles to create this unique accompaniment.

(1) 8.8oz pkg of Marella Classic Tarallini with Olive Oil.  Hand made from Puglia, these taralli are briefly boiled before baked, giving an artesian texture and rich full of flavor.

(1) bottle of Vietti Nebbiolo. From Piedmont, the grapes for this wine are grown in various selected vineyard sites mostly in Barolo area and minor parts in Barbaresco. Aged approximately for two years in Slovenian cask this wine has a medium depth ruby color, generous fruit nose along with floral and spicy notes. This wine pairs perfectly with hearty meats and earthy dishes.
