From biodynamically farmed, certified-organic, hand-harvested estate fruit. The younger vines of about 15 years old go into this traditional Sagrantino (the oldest vines go into the Fracaton bottling).The wine is aged for a minimum of 5 years in old Slavonian oak botti. It is bottled without fining, filtering or the addition of sulfur. 2013 is the most current release.
