A delicious whole peeled elongated tomato to use as a base for any sauce for pasta, vegetables, meats of seafood. These tomatoes are hand picked when they are ripe off the vine between July and August on the property of I Contadini. They are then peeled after heating briefly, jarred by hand and pasteurized. Open them and get the full fragrance of a fresh tomato.
